(A) A written certification prepared and certified by an Indiana licensed professional engineer or professional surveyor, stating that all improvements were installed in conformance with the principles and standards of design outlined in this chapter and with the approved drainage plan on file with the Board, shall be submitted to the County Surveyor within 30 calendar days of completion of construction. The Board shall accept no portions of the drainage system to be maintained by the Board or other publicentity for ownership or maintenance responsibility unless this written certification is submitted.
(B) In lieu of this written certification, plans detailing the as-built elevations and dimensions of the installed components may be submitted. As-built plans may use the approved drainage plan drawings as a base. These as-built plans shall include all pertinent data relevant to the completed storm drainage system and shall include:
(1) Pipe sizes and pipe materials;
(2) Invert elevations;
(3) Top rim elevations;
(4) Lengths of all pipe structures;
(5) Data and calculations showing detention basin storage volume; and
(6) Written certification that all improvements were installed in conformance with the principles and standards of design outlined in this chapter.
(C) All such submitted plans shall be reviewed for compliance within 30 calendar days after submission. If notice of non-compliance is not given within 30 calendar days of submission of the plans, the plans shall be construed as approved and accepted.
