Any revision, significant change or deviation in the detailed plans and specifications, after formal approval by the Board or Highway Department, shall be filed with and approved by the Board or Highway Department as applicable prior to implementing, installing or constructing the revision or change. After approval, copies of the revisions or changes shall be attached to the original plans and specifications and also shown on as-built plans to be filed after completion of construction.
