§ 151.26  PUBLIC HEARING.
   A public hearing on any matter before the Board shall not be conducted unless all required information is filed by the specified deadlines, and proofs of publication and notice to adjoining land owners are provided. At the hearing for a drainage plan, the Board shall review all information submitted with the application and provided at the time of the hearing, and shall hear any testimony from the applicant and interested parties. In considering information presented at the hearing, the Board, at its discretion, may elect to continue the matter until its next scheduled public meeting, or may schedule a visit to the site of the proposed development.
