§ 151.25  NOTIFICATIONS.
   After an application for approval of a drainage plan with all maps and information has been submitted by the specified deadline, the Board shall conduct a public hearing on the drainage plan at their next scheduled meeting. Notice of the hearing as per I.C. 5-3-1 shall be made by the applicant at their expense. In addition, at least ten working days before the date of the public hearing, the applicant shall also provide written notice by certified mail to the record land owner of all properties immediately adjoining the subject property. The written notice shall include the date, time and place of the public hearing. Proofs of publication and notice to adjoining land owners shall be provided by the applicant no later than the time of the public hearing.
