Drainage plans shall be submitted to the County Surveyor at least 30 calendar days before the desired date of the public hearing. All plans submitted shall be accompanied by a check or money order in the amount consistent with the current fee schedule. The County Surveyor shall review said plans and determine any necessary changes, corrections or other revisions. The County Surveyor shall review these revisions with the applicant, and any revisions that are not agreed upon can be appealed to the Board at the hearing. All agreed upon revisions shall be made to the plans and shall be resubmitted to the County Surveyor no later than ten calendar days prior to the date of the public hearing.
