§ 151.02  AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-9-28.5. The authority governing all drainage plans, detention/retention basins and other drainage systems or structures approved prior to this chapter by other boards or agencies of local government is hereby transferred to the County Drainage Board.
