§ 32.10  INTERNAL CONTROL STANDARDS.
   (A)   Knox County hereby adopts as policy the internal control standards as set forth by the Indiana State Board of Accounts Uniform Internal Control Standards as expressly written and published by the Indiana State Board of Accounts dated September 15, 2015, as amended from time to time.
   (B)   All officers, elected officials and employees are required to comply with these standards. Employees who fail to comply with this section are subject to discipline, including but not limited to termination of employment.
   (C)   An Oversight Committee is established to implement the Standards and co-ordinate the training of all those required by law to receive training.
   (D)   The Oversight Committee will consist of the following persons or their designee: One Knox County Commissioner, One Knox County Councilperson, Auditor, Treasurer, Recorder, Clerk, Health Department Director, Sheriff, Chief Probation Officer, Superintendent Park and Recreation Department, and County Attorney.
