§ 35.26  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEERS.
   (A)   The Director shall make sure that all emergency management personnel meet the following qualifications before he or she is sworn in as a member:
      (1)   Be at least 18 years of age;
      (2)   Not be convicted of a felony;
      (3)   Complete and have on file an application form; and
      (4)   Take an oath in writing as provided in I.C. 10-14-3-27.
   (B)   Upon satisfaction of the above requirements, the applicant is officially a member of the Knox County Department of Emergency Management.
