§ 32.07  ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS; ELECTED OFFICIAL OR DEPARTMENT HEAD REQUIRED PRESENCE.
   (A)   When an office seeks an additional appropriation, the elected official of that office shall appear at the meeting of the Council to discuss the appropriation requested.
   (B)   When there is no elected official over the office, the department head shall appear before the Council to discuss the appropriation or transfer.
   (C)   Failure of the elected official or department head to personalty attend the meeting may result in the request being denied or tabled until the time that the appearance can be arranged.
   (D)   This section shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
