(A) Any use that is permitted as a conditional use in a district under the terms of this chapter (other than a change through Board action from a non-conforming use to another use not generally permitted in the district) shall not be deemed a non-conforming use in the district, but shall without further action be considered a conforming use.
(B) Any use existing at the time of adoption or amendment of this chapter which is permitted as a conditional use in a district under the terms of this chapter and is deemed a conforming use may without Board action be enlarged, extended or increased subject to the standards of the zone district.
