§ 152.170  TEMPORARY TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES.
   Temporary telecommunication facilities or antennas shall be permitted for emergency communication, or in the event of equipment failure for a maximum period of two weeks; provided that any owner/provider of the temporary facility or antenna shall be in compliance with § 152.168.
