§ 152.166  INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC SAFETY TELECOMMUNICATIONS.
   (A)   No new or existing telecommunications facility shall interfere with public safety telecommunications. All applications for new service shall be accompanied by an intermodulation study, prepared by a licensed professional engineer with a specialization in telecommunications, which provides an evaluation of existing and proposed transmission and indicates all potential interference problems.
   (B)   Prior to the commencement of any new service or any change in any existing service, the provider shall give the Commission ten working days' advance notice of the changes, so that the changes may be monitored to ensure that there is no interference with public safety telecommunications. If the interference occurs, it shall be the obligation of the provider to eliminate the interference.
