(A) Number of spaces. Vehicle stacking spaces shall be provided as specified herein.

(B) Stacking space specifications.
(1) Size. Stacking spaces must be a minimum of eight feet by 20 feet in size.
(2) Location. Stacking spaces may not impede on or off-site traffic movements or movements into or out of off-street parking spaces.
