§ 30.20  COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
   (A)   That at the first meeting of the County Commissioners in January of each year officers shall be elected.
   (B)   The officers of the County Commissioners will be a president and Vice president.
   (C)   The only duties of the president shall be to preside over the meetings of the County Commissioners and execute documents as authorized by the Commissioners.
   (D)   The only duty of the vice president shall be to perform the duties of the president if the president is unable or unwilling to so perform.
