(A) The Board of Commissioners of the County Housing Authority shall now be composed of seven persons, all of whom shall reside within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Knox County Housing Authority.
(2) One of the seven persons serving as a Commissioner shall be a person directly assisted by the County Housing Authority.
(3) The Board of Commissioners of the County Housing Authority shall be composed of no more than four persons of whom are of the same political party.
(4) The two new additional appointments to the Board of Commissioners shall each have a term which shall expire 3-31-15.
