(A) The area within the jurisdiction of the Commission is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

(B) The official zoning maps of the county, together with any explanatory text thereon, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. The maps are available for public inspection in the Area Plan Office during regular business hours.
(C) The subdivision or division of land is allowed in all zoning districts subject to the provisions and requirements of Chapter 150 of this code of ordinances.
