Under the provisions of § 1, Chapter 348 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the state for 1965 as amended by § 1 by Public Law 236 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the state for 1971 (I.C. 36-8), there is hereby established a Department of Buildings and the Office of Building Commissioner, inspectors and other personnel as the Board of Commissioners shall determine.
