§ 150.65  GENERAL.
   All subdivision plans, and any improvements and installations not part of a subdivision plan that are to be dedicated for public use, shall conform to the principles and standards which are exhibited in the county's comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance, and shall also conform to the following principles and standards of design.
