§ 150.53  PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   After an application for approval of a final plat of a major subdivision with all maps and data has been filed by the specified deadline, the Commission shall conduct a public hearing on the application at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice shall be given to interested parties and the hearing conducted in accordance with the Commission's rules of procedure.
   (B)   At the hearing for a final plat of a major subdivision, the Commission shall review all information filed with the application and provided at the time of the hearing, and shall hear any testimony from the applicant and any operating authorities or other interested parties, and shall hear a report (if applicable) from the Plat Committee on its findings and recommendations. The Commission shall also verify the amount of any bonds covering the improvements and installations of the subdivision. In considering information presented at the hearing, the Commission, at its discretion, may elect to continue the matter until its next regularly scheduled public meeting, or may schedule a visit to the site of the proposed subdivision.
