§ 150.51  PLAT COMMITTEE REVIEW.
   (A)   The final plat and any dedicated public improvement installations shall conform to the approved preliminary plan reflecting all terms, conditions and commitments given by the subdivider or required by the Commission. If the final plat or dedicated improvements contain any changes or alterations from the approved preliminary plan, the subdivider shall formally request a review of the changes by the Plat Committee prior to application for final plat approval.
   (B)   The subdivider shall provide the staff with a written statement of any changes or revisions along with separate as-built drawings clearly depicting any deviations or alterations of installed improvements from the approved preliminary plan.
   (C)   (1)   Within 15 calendar days, the Plat Committee shall review the changes and determine whether to accept the changes for final plat approval, or require the subdivision to be re-submitted for a revised preliminary plan approval.
      (2)   The applicant and pertinent operating authorities of any improvements within the proposed subdivision will be invited to attend the review meeting.
      (3)   The operating authorities shall have the opportunity to make comments and stipulations concerning the proposed or installed improvements, which shall be given paramount consideration by the Plat Committee in formulating its recommendations.
