§ 150.37  PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   After acceptance by the Plat Committee and all maps and data have been filed by the specified deadline, the Commission shall conduct a public hearing on the application at its next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice shall be given to interested parties and the hearing conducted in accordance with the Commission's rules of procedure.
   (B)   At the hearing for a preliminary plan of a major subdivision, the Commission shall review all information filed with the application and provided at the time of the hearing, shall hear any testimony from the applicant and any operating authorities or other interested parties, and shall hear a report from the Plat Committee on its findings and recommendations. In considering information presented at the hearing, the Commission, at its discretion, may elect to continue the matter until its next regularly scheduled public meeting, or may schedule a visit to the site of the proposed subdivision.
