§ 150.36  PLAT COMMITTEE REVIEW.
   (A)   After an application for approval of a preliminary plan of a major subdivision, with all required maps and data, has been filed by the specified deadline, the Plat Committee shall review the preliminary plan and give its acceptance, or return the preliminary plan to the applicant with a written statement of any conditions or recommendations for changes at least 15 calendar days prior to the public hearing. The applicant and pertinent operating authorities of any improvements within the proposed subdivision will be invited to attend the review meeting. The operating authorities shall have the opportunity to make comments and stipulations concerning the proposed improvements, which shall be given paramount consideration by the Plat Committee in formulating its recommendations.
   (B)   At least ten working days prior to the public hearing, the applicant shall file with the staff 12 copies of all maps and data, including any changes recommended by the Plat Committee.
