§ 112.31  INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The County Health Department shall conduct inspections of each and every tattoo/body-piercing parlor located in Knox County, Indiana. The Health Department shall conduct a minimum of one inspection per year. Additional inspections may be conducted by the Health Department as they determine and/or in response to complaints submitted. The results of the inspections shall be provided to each operator. Violations noted by the Health Department shall be corrected immediately.  The Department shall conduct follow-up inspections to determine compliance with this chapter.
   (B)   The County Health Officer may bring an action in the Circuit or Superior Court to enforce this chapter. The Health Officer shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses associated with any action for enforcement of this chapter including reasonable attorney fees.
