§ 112.13  HAND WASHING.
   (A)   Hand washing facilities shall be readily accessible in the same room where tattooing and body-piercing are provided.
   (B)   Hands shall be washed with soap and running water immediately before putting on sterile gloves and after removal of gloves or other personal protective equipment.
   (C)   Only single use towels shall be used.
