§ 112.12  ILLNESS.
   Anyone employed by a tattoo/body-piercing parlor or action in behalf of the establishment who is experiencing symptoms of acute disease that include, but are not limited to:
   (A)   Diarrhea;
   (B)   Vomiting;
   (C)   Fever;
   (D)   Potentially infectious rash;
   (E)   Productive cough;
   (F)   Jaundice; or
   (G)   Draining (or open) skin infections, boils, impetigo, or scabies.
Shall refrain from providing tattoos or body-piercings.
