(A) It is declared intention of the Board of Commissioners of the county to avail itself of the provisions of I.C. 23-14-67.
(B) The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby adopts the provisions of I.C. 23-14-67.
(C) The Cemetery Commission of the county is hereby established and shall be in existence from the date on which it is organized at its first meeting called by the President of the Board of Commissioners.
(D) The membership of the Cemetery Commission of the county shall be as set forth in I.C. 23-14-67.
