§ 30.03  WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION PLANNING TASK FORCE.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners appoints the County Emergency Management Agency the lead agency in this planning effort, which shall include development of homeland security plans.
   (B)   The Board of Commissioners further appoints the Executive Director of the County Emergency Management Agency as the Director of the Planning Task Force and Homeland Security. The Director shall report quarterly in person and/or in writing to the Board with regard to the planning efforts.
