§ 94.11  DUTIES OF MOTORISTS.
   Any person operating a motor vehicle which vehicle strikes a domestic animal within the limits of the county shall promptly report the occurrence to the Animal Warden, together with a description of the animal, the location where the occurrence took place, an estimate of the condition of the animal and, if possible, the number on the county license tag worn by the animal. The purpose of this requirement is to permit the Animal Warden to notify the injured animal's owner and the person making the above-required report shall not be required to report his or her own name.
