§ 94.07  APPREHENSION AND IMPOUNDING OF ANIMALS.
   It is the duty of the Animal Warden and any other person or agency so authorized by the Board of Commissioners to apprehend and impound:
   (A)   Any animal at large;
   (B)   Any animal which has bitten or is suspected of having bitten a person or which appears to have rabies, wherever the animal may be found, and any animal shall be impounded for not less than 14 days;
   (C)   Any animal which disturbs the peace and tranquility of the county by habitual howling, yelping, barking, meowing or otherwise;
   (D)   Any animal which is not kept, maintained, treated or protected as required by § 94.04;
   (E)   Any animal which is not kept, maintained, treated or protected as required by ordinance of any city, town or village which has contracted for the services of the County Animal Warden to enforce provisions of their animal ordinance; and/or
   (F)   Any animal at large, as well as any animal which disturbs the peace and tranquility of any incorporated contracting city, town or village by habitual howling, yelping, barking, meowing, contrary to the ordinance of the contracting city, town or village.
