§ 92.51  INCLUSIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS.
   (A)   All applicants for road crossings shall include a cross section showing the depicted road crossing. All road crossing agreement shall contain a provision that the applicant shall maintain the roadway and signage to protect the public which shall include, but not limited to, keeping the portion of the county highway crossed clean and free of trash, mud, debris, fluids, oils and the like and keeping the crossing free of dust. All requests for road crossing shall contain a description of all traffic control signs pertaining to the crossing.
   (B)   All request for temporary road closings shall contain a plan and profile clearly depicting how the road presently exists. The plan profile also indicates the existing surface thickness and type.
