§ 92.50 PRELIMINARY PLANS.

All applications for temporary road closures and road crossings shall show on the preliminary plans submitted to the county surveyor any utilities located in the county right-of-way. The application shall indicate what protection will be provided to the utilities located along or in the roadbed.
