§ 92.48  PUBLIC HEARING.
   Road crossing will be granted at the discretion of the County Commissioners. The Commissioners may require the holding of a public hearing for any temporary closings or crossings of roads. It is the intent of the County Commissioners to act on these matter in an expeditious fashion. The Commissioners may continue any hearing on any temporary closing or road crossing at the discretion of the County Commissioners until the county's concerns are addressed satisfactorily or they may deny the request.
