§ 91.06  ENTRY UPON REAL ESTATE.
   (A)   The Administrator who has reason to believe that weeds and rank vegetation may be on real estate, may, after giving 48-hours' notice to the owner or person in possession of the real estate, enter the real estate to investigate.
   (B)   If the Administrator determines that weeds or rank vegetation in violation of this subchapter are present on the real estate than notice shall be given requiring the owner to remove the weeds and rank vegetation.
   (C)   If the weeds and rank vegetation are not removed within the time given then the Administrator shall cut or remove the weeds and rank vegetation in a manner most practical to the Administrator as soon as practical after the expiration of the time allowed the owner to remove the weeds or rank vegetation.
