(A) Any owner of real estate in violation of this subchapter upon notice shall cut or remove all weeds and rank vegetation from their real estate within a reasonable time.
(B) Failure to cut or remove all weeds and rank vegetation within a reasonable time will allow the Administrator or its agent to enter upon the real estate for the purpose of cutting or removing all weeds and rank vegetation.
