Editor's note—Ord. No. 15-07-06-001, § 1, adopted July 6, 2015, repealed former Ch. 60, §§ 60.01—60.16, which pertained to privilege license tax and derived from original codification and Res. No. R03-08-04-001, § 2, adopted Aug. 4, 2003; and § 4 of said ordinance enacted a new Ch. 60 as set out herein.
