Minor subdivisions may be approved for recordation by the Mayor and Law Director without referral to the Planning and Zoning Commission or Village Council provided that all appropriate requirements of these Subdivision Regulations are met and the plat has received a favorable review by the Village Engineer. Where in the opinion of the Mayor or Law Director there are unusual conditions associated with a proposed minor subdivision, the plat shall be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission and shall follow the process outlined in Section 1115.03.
