753.06 EXEMPTIONS.

The following persons shall be required to obtain permits as specified in this chapter, but may be exempted from all or portions of the requirements of Sections 753.04 and 753.05 by written permission of the Responsible Official, to wit: duly authorized charitable solicitors and any other persons otherwise exempted by law. Persons selling daily newspapers shall be exempted from the requirements of this section.
