Every person who makes application for the permit provided for in § 836.01 shall submit a plot plan by a licensed surveyor, showing thereon the exact location of the well to be drilled, all proposed access roads, buildings and structures, adjacent property owners and all buildings located on adjacent property which are within 300 feet of the property line. Such plot plan shall remain on file with the city.
