No person shall conduct a sale of household goods and belongings, commonly described as a house, garage, porch, yard, basement, lawn, barn, attic, rummage, liquidation or flea market sale, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Clerk. The fee for such permit is as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances.
