   The city does not maintain a Mayor's Court. Violations of city law are prosecuted in the Willoughby Municipal Court. Equitable remedies are pursued in the Lake County Court of Common Pleas.
   There are no sections in Chapter 290. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
