(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Any person that refuses to permit inspection or otherwise obstructs, hinders, or interferes with the inspection of a premises pursuant to the execution of an administrative warrant is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree set forth in Chapter 698.
