Every person applying for a permit under this chapter shall submit with his or her application a cash bond, or a bond with a lawful corporate surety, in the amount as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances, conditioned upon his or her compliance with this chapter and agreeing to pay for any damage incurred to a street, alley, sidewalk or public place caused by the moving of a building or structure.
