(a) A permit shall be issued by the Zoning Inspector only upon:
(1) Compliance with all city and county zoning, building and health codes and requirements if the building moves, originates or terminates in the city;
(2) Approval of the intended route by the Director of Public Service and the Director of Public Safety;
(3) Payment to the Inspector of the permit fee; and
(4) Compliance with all other provisions of this chapter.

(b) The fees, as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances, are in addition to any other required permit fee for zoning, alterations, repairs or new construction, or any similar fee, and in addition to charges for police supervision.
