Each private residence causing a burglary or fire monitoring device to be installed or monitored by the city shall pay a rental fee as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances per month for each month that the device is in use or intended to be in use. Any other user shall pay a rental fee as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances per month for each month that the monitoring device is in use or is intended to be in use. Any part of a calendar month shall constitute use for a full month.
