Whoever violates § 1062.03 (q) by writing upon, or otherwise intentionally defacing or injuring any memorial, fence, or other structure on the cemetery grounds shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as provided in § 698.02. Whoever violates any other provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense as provided in § 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
