(a) No person shall tap into an existing sanitary sewerage package plant facility of the city without first obtaining a tap-in permit from the city.
(b) The minimum fee per home site for such permit shall be in accordance with the fees as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances.
(c) If any tap-in requires the approval of drawings by the City Engineer, or a change in the existing sanitary sewerage package plant facility or the sewage lines themselves, then in addition to the minimum fee as provided in subsection (b) hereof, the applicant shall be charged the actual cost incurred by the city for the changes to the sanitary sewerage facility, including the engineering fees.
(d) The permit shall be issued by the Zoning Inspector. The actual tap-in shall not be made until the work is inspected and/or approved by the City Engineer.
