For the period commencing April 1, 1986, and ending December 31, 1988, the Ohio Water Service Company shall be entitled to charge maximum rates for water, water service and fire protection furnished within the city as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances.
(a) Prompt payment. The consumer will be entitled to a prompt payment discount of five percent by payment of the net amount on or before 15 calendar days after rendition (mailing date) of the bill, after which the gross amount shall be due and payable.
(b) Dishonored checks. A charge of five dollars ($5.00) will be made for each check which the Company returns to the customer for nonsufficient funds.
