§ 1028.02  PERMITS; FEES; APPROVAL.
   (a)   The construction, alteration, cutting, change, repair, removal or replacement of driveway aprons, as provided for by this chapter, shall be performed under permits obtained from the Director of Public Service, and the fee for each such permit is as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances.
   (b)   For one and two-family dwellings, all construction, alteration, cutting, change, repair, removal or replacement of driveway aprons shall be under the control and direction of the Director of Public Service, shall be done by a qualified person and shall be approved by the Director. The permit fee for such work is as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances.
