(a) No person shall install or replace, or cause to be installed or replaced, a driveway culvert within the road right-of-way of a street or alley in the city without prior notification to the city.
(b) Prior to the installation of a driveway culvert, a person wishing such installation shall deposit an amount as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances with the City Clerk to cover the city’s cost of inspecting such culvert installation.
