§ 51.43 PROJECT COMPLETION.
   (A)   The Engineer shall prepare the primary assessment roll for the Town Council.
   (B)   The Town Council shall schedule a final public hearing.
   (C)   All affected property owners shall be notified of the final public hearing by mail.
   (D)   The Town Council shall conduct the final public hearing.
   (E)   The Town Council shall hear all comments from affected property owners.
   (F)   The Town Council shall accept or modify the assessment roll.
   (G)   The Town Council shall accept the construction as complete.
   (H)   The Town Council shall send notices to each property owner to connect to the sewer.
